Meet Jesselyn

Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist

Classical Yoga Nidra teacher/RYT 200

Jesselyn graduated from the California College of Ayurveda, studying Clinical Ayurveda for disease management.

She found her way to Ayurveda after a childhood and young adulthood stuck in cycles of chronic illness. After she broke her spine and suffered a head injury, she turned to Yoga Nidra for healing. Through the sanctuary of holistic routines provided by Ayurveda & Yoga Nidra, her vitality returned. This transformation was so profound that she dedicated her life to studying these ancient sciences to help others signal safety to their bodies so they may return to the connection themselves and the natural world.

She has helped empower hundreds of clients with tools to cultivate a relationship with herbal medicines, providing a more expansive experience that is much more than simply switching herbs for a pharmaceutical. Her passion is to help humans heal the separation wound between their true nature and the natural world.

-Ayurveda-

Ancient Wisdom

Modern Application

Ayurveda is an ancient science and the art of balance.

Ayurveda is the oldest comprehensive healing system. It presents wisdom for both preventive care and disease treatment.

Ayurveda has always been a nature-based approach. As a science, it harnesses the healing intelligence within nature. It recognizes and honors the individual as a unique living expression of nature. Because of this, Ayurveda supports each client differently on their path to restore balance. No Ayurvedic treatment plan looks the same.

Ayurveda uses food as medicine while helping the individual cultivate inner wisdom and intuition, and empowering the inner healer. Knowing radiant health comes from the balance of mind, body, spirit, and soul purpose.

-Yoga Nidra-

Yogic Sleep

———————————

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness or awareness. It is not a specific practice.

It is a state of deep conscious relaxation and a form of inward turning of awareness.

In the Yoga Nidra state of consciousness, the body is asleep, but the mind is awake and an active participant.

This state of consciousness helps one reconnect to the body, mind, and inner wisdom, allowing one to tap into one's limitless & healing potential.

Yoga is the world’s oldest system of quieting the mind
