Private Yoga Nidra sessions are available via Zoom, private parties, and home visits upon request.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a powerful practice for reconnecting and resting. In Yoga Nidra, one enters a state of deep rest while being awake and aware. This state of consciousness helps one reconnect to the body, mind, and inner wisdom, opening the individual to their limitless potential.

(What to expect: During your First Ayurvedic consultation (two hours), we will review your current and long-term health history. We will also discuss intentions with Ayurveda

On your second visit, I will give your mind-body type, your unique constitutional tendencies towards imbalance, and the underlying bio-energies of your physical, mental, or emotional issues.   In addition to addressing physical habits and conditions, we work with unbalanced emotions and their root causes to create more freedom, joy, and clarity, and set you up with herbs, oils, or spiritual practices that can improve your health and well-being

Ayurveda relies on momentum for success. This is best achieved with consistent visits for the first three months. All follow-up visits are (1 hour). At each follow-up visit, we will check in on your progress while deepening your Ayurvedic Knowledge and continuing to expand on your treatment plan.
