During the First Visit (two hours), we will go over long-term and current health history. We will also discuss intentions around health.
On the second visit, I will present a Report of findings. This visit is where you receive your unique Doshic assessment. Discover your elemental design and what's currently happening with these elements. Also receive the start of a customized treatment plan based around bringing the body back into balance.

At each follow-up visit, we will check in on your progress while deepening your Ayurvedic Knowledge and continuing to expand on your treatment plan. These steps can include dietary changes, meditations, breath work, essential oil blends, color therapy, and flower essences.
